Most homeowners do not live in a world of finishes, elevations, floor plans, lighting plans, etc. M Hill Rees Interiors will work alongside you, the builders, and the architects to specify all interior planning, finish selections, architectural and cabinetry details, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and much more. Oftentimes your builder or contractor will provide unrealistic allowances for materials without knowing what your true needs and desires are. We act as a liaison from the start to be able to identify what those allowances should be for every detail by understanding early on who you are and how you want to live.
Following our initial consultation we provide a process that we have broken down into 5 phases that consist of the following:

-Preliminary design development + design concept creation
-Final Design Development + Pricing
-Project Management + Purchasing
-Client Off-Boarding + Photoshoot

-Final Design Package, in presentation form showcasing all intended design in 3D and 2D views, furniture and accessory selections along with finish material samples + pricing.

- Detailed Kitchen Design, Including Appliance Selections + Education
- Detailed Bathroom Design(s)
- Full Finish Specifications Package. Selection include the following all wall and floor finishes, countertop selections
- Detailed millwork design and locations (eg. wall paneling, baseboards, window trim, etc.)
- Interior and Exteriors Doors + hardware
- Cabinetry Design & Finish Selection
- Plumbing & Lighting Selection
- Stair Designs

-Install of furniture and accessories
-Off-Boarding includes a binder with all warranty and cleaning information for items purchases and all purchase orders; We also schedule a photoshoot at this time
